BinSina Pharmacy has partnered with Population Health Management service, TruDoc 24/7 to provideresidents with round-the-clock access to medical consultation and services via their recently launched e-commerce website, www.BinSina.ae.

The service is currently available to residents ofDubai and will soon be launched in other emirates. It provides trusted medical advice for non-emergency conditions 24 hours a day,via video calls and live chat with licensed medical professionals, from the comfort of one’s home.

The virtual medical concierge also offers a wide range of vital health and wellness information, along withfree home-delivery service and in-store collection of medication prescribed during consultations, by contacting the nearest pharmacy and checking availability.
