In line with the rapid digital transformations occurring in Dubai, and in its steadfast commitment to serve millions of its clients and those engaged with its healthcare services, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has introduced a new, intelligent, and remarkably advanced application.
The newly designed DHA app is characterised by its integration, comprehensiveness, and ease of navigation, allowing users to transition seamlessly between a variety of services and pages. It also includes numerous additional features that exceed user expectations, thereby ensuring their satisfaction and happiness.
Fatima Al Khaja, Chief Executive of Artificial Intelligence and Director of Customer Happiness Department at the Dubai Health Authority, stated that the DHA app serves as a high-level digital gateway. The authority has prioritised its development to enhance the experience of its clients and effectively meet their requirements.
She affirmed that there is an ambitious plan based on client feedback and observations for the continual development of the app, to which the authority is fully committed. The DHA is also dedicated to enriching the app with additional quality services, employing the latest tools and innovations in artificial intelligence.
Al Khaja explained that clients can now easily access the authority’s digital services, including a unified health information platform across both the public and private sectors. This allows them to check details of previous visits, laboratory results, and medication information, in addition to accessing resources for healthcare professionals and health facilities to retrieve all relevant services, information, and data.
Regarding the features available in the new app, she noted numerous advantages, including access to medical records such as previous medical appointments, laboratory results, and medication information. It also includes a control panel for healthcare professionals, enabling them to view their licensing details and status, as well as update their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points and violation details. Furthermore, it streamlines direct access to the medical library and the Mawaheb platform.
Additionally, Al Khaja highlighted the control panel for health facilities, which provides details on licensing and its status, along with a connection to the HealthKit application for tracking and managing personal health data, as well as updates from the Dubai Health Authority.
